Lorna Fedelem

Concierge Medical Director

Dr. Lorna J. Fedelem is a board-certified family medicine physician based in Naples, Florida, specializing in concierge medicine with a focus on women's health, geriatric medicine, and overall wellness. 


She earned her medical degree from Florida State University College of Medicine in 2005 and has over 19 years of experience in the medical field. 


Dr. Fedelem is passionate about whole-person health and is dedicated to helping patients improve their overall well-being through a comprehensive approach that includes lifestyle, medicine, and prevention. 


Andrea Cantone

Certified Nutritionist

With over two decades of experience in health and fitness, Andrea is passionate about promoting self-care as the foundation for a longer, healthier life. Her fitness journey began at the age of 23 and has remained a cornerstone of her lifestyle ever since. As a mother, she emphasizes the importance of maintaining her own health and fitness to serve as a role model for her family.

One of Andrea's greatest accomplishments was turning professional in women’s figure at the 2011 Nationals bodybuilding competition in Miami. She competed at the highest level for over six years, ultimately reaching the prestigious Olympia stage.

Throughout her career, Andrea has helped individuals of all ages achieve their weight loss and nutritional goals. She is deeply committed to educating others about health and wellness, empowering them to lead longer, healthier lives.

Stephanie Caruso

Licensed Practical Nurse

Originally from Connecticut, I am now a full-time resident of Naples. With 13 years of nursing experience, I previously served as the Regional Director of Nursing in South Carolina. I have a deep passion for helping others and take pleasure in the sunshine and outdoor walks.

Melissa Beckett

Medical Assistant

My name is Melissa, I was raised in Florida and am originally from Ohio. I lived in Illinois for 4 years where I graduated with honors from Rasmussen University with a medical assisting degree. I have worked in the medical field for over 4 years as a receptionist and as a medical assistant. I enjoy spending time with my family, going to the beach, and theme parks. I moved back to Naples 3 years ago and am married to my husband Casey. I have 4 children, 3 teenage boys and we completed our family last year welcoming a baby girl!
