Dr. Lorna Fedelem, a proud Naples native and graduate of the FSU College of Medicine, is board-certified in both Family Medicine and Obesity Medicine. Her unwavering dedication to improving patients' health and longevity is the foundation of her practice.
At Lorna Fedelem, MD and Associates, Dr. Fedelem combines personalized concierge medical care with a diverse range of aesthetic treatments, empowering patients to lead vibrant and fulfilling lives. How Does Billing Work?
Instead of billing insurance and Medicare plans, our concierge model medicine is based on an annual patient fee, allowing you to enjoy longer appointments, same- or next business day appointments, telehealth, direct email, cell phone access and improved healthcare navigation services.
Concierge medicine may also reduce overall healthcare costs. Keeping you healthy and out of the hospital, we can decrease the need for emergency and urgent care visits. We can also offer reduced cost savings for some prescription medicines, labs, diagnostic tests and other services.

We highly recommend that patients carry health insurance for services not covered under your primary care membership, such as visits with specialists or hospitalization. Many patients pair their membership with higher deductible insurance plans to reduce their total annual out-of-pocket healthcare costs.
